How InvestIQ works

Disclaimer

Key points
  • InvestIQ provides no investment advice, no personal recommendation and no portfolio management.
  • InvestIQ SASU is not an investment firm or a financial investment adviser (CIF), and is not authorised by the AMF to provide investment services.
  • Scores, analyses and AI replies are generic: they ignore your situation, objectives and tolerance for risk.
  • Investing involves risk, including the loss of your capital. Past performance does not predict future results.
  • Data and AI-written text can contain errors. Check the sources and make your own decisions.

InvestIQ is a research tool. It helps you read a company’s data; it does not tell you what to do with your money. This page says plainly what InvestIQ’s scores, analyses and AI replies are, and what they are not. It summarises section 3 of our Terms of Service, which prevail.

1What InvestIQ is

InvestIQ is a research and education tool. It computes scores and ratios from published data, writes explanations of them with AI models, and lets you follow the portfolios and watchlists you enter. It never places orders, never holds your money or your securities, and has no link with any broker.

2Not investment advice

Nothing on InvestIQ — scores, ranks, research modules, Deep Research reports, War Room debates, portfolio audits, briefs, alerts or Copilot replies — is investment advice or a personal recommendation, or an invitation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument.

These outputs are produced automatically, in the same way for every user. A score or a rank describes a stock’s data compared with other stocks on a given date, following the published methodology. The figures of a portfolio audit — weights, concentration, sector exposure — describe the portfolio as you entered it; they are not a target allocation.

3Who publishes InvestIQ

InvestIQ is published by InvestIQ SASU, registered with the Nanterre trade and companies register under number 999 027 139, 4 Passage des Larris, 92400 Courbevoie, France. Full details are in the legal notice.

InvestIQ SASU holds no authorisation as an investment firm or as a financial investment adviser (conseiller en investissements financiers) and provides none of the investment services regulated by MiFID II.

4Risks

  • Investing in shares can lose part or all of the capital invested.
  • Prices can move sharply, including after results, news or market shocks; shares listed in another currency also carry a currency risk.
  • Past performance, past scores and past ranks are not a reliable indicator of future results.
  • Valuations, scenarios and projections (discounted cash flows, sensitivities) rest on assumptions that may not materialise.

5Data and AI

InvestIQ relies on third-party data, which can be incomplete, delayed or wrong; see data sources. Texts written by AI models are checked against the computed figures but can still contain mistakes; see the editorial policy. Before relying on a figure, check it against the company’s own filings.

6Your decisions

You alone decide what to do with your savings. Do your own research and, if needed, consult an authorised professional. The French market authority publishes guidance for individual investors on amf-france.org.
