Audit your portfolio from your broker’s export.
A portfolio analyzer shows what you really own once every position is added up: how concentrated it is, how diversified, how risky, and where the weak spots are. InvestIQ builds it from the CSV file your broker already gives you — no broker password, no trading access — and turns it into an audit you can read in minutes.
How it works
- 1
Export
Download your transactions as a CSV file from your broker’s website or app. Each broker page below shows where.
- 2
Import
Drop the file into InvestIQ. Trades, dividends and fees are read line by line, each instrument matched to its listing, and you review before anything is saved.
- 3
Audit
Run the audit: six areas, each measured on the positions priced that day, with the findings that deserve a look.
What the audit measures
Six areas, weighted into an overall health score. The score is published only when the core measures can be computed on at least 80% of the portfolio; otherwise each area is shown on its own.
| Area | Weight | What it looks at |
|---|---|---|
| Concentration | 25% | The largest position, the top five, and the effective number of positions — how many equal-sized lines the portfolio really behaves like. |
| Diversification | 20% | How many sectors the single stocks really spread across, the average correlation between holdings, and clusters of lines that move together. |
| Market risk | 20% | Volatility, beta against a benchmark, the drawdown today’s holdings would have had in the past, and expected loss on a bad day (CVaR). |
| Quality | 20% | The quality of the companies held, read from InvestIQ’s own analysis of each line. |
| Strategy fit | 10% | Whether the portfolio respects the limits you set: maximum per line, per sector, volatility, cash. |
| Liquidity | 5% | Whether positions could be sold easily at their size. |
The method is published as version 1.0 and not yet calibrated on outcomes: read the score as a structured summary, not a grade.
Supported brokers
Each guide shows where to find the export, what InvestIQ reads in it and the details specific to that broker.
Another broker? Any CSV with your positions can also be imported with the InvestIQ template, or you can add positions by hand.
An example
What an audit can show, on a fictitious portfolio of 12 lines imported from a broker export.
- Value
- €48,300
- Largest position
- 18%
- Top five positions
- 61%
- Effective number of positions
- 7.4
- Largest sector (technology)
- 41%
- US dollar exposure
- 58%
- Volatility (1 year)
- 21%
- Beta
- 1.15
- One line weighs 18% of the portfolio, above the 15% limit set.
- Technology makes up 41% of the single stocks.
- Three lines with a correlation above 0.7 together weigh 34%: they tend to move as one.
- 58% of the value is in US dollars, a currency exposure on top of the market exposure.
Fictitious example. The audit describes the portfolio; it does not tell you what to buy or sell.
Read-only, by design
- InvestIQ never asks for your broker password and cannot place orders or move money.
- The file is read to build your portfolio in your InvestIQ account; nothing is shared with your broker or anyone else.
- Data is hosted in the European Union. You can export or delete your portfolios at any time; see the privacy policy.
Limits
- An export is a snapshot: re-import a newer file to keep the portfolio up to date.
- Risk measures use past prices; they describe how today’s holdings behaved, not how they will behave.
- Lines that cannot be priced (some funds, delisted shares) are left out of the risk measures and flagged.
- Broker export formats change. If a file is not recognised, the import says so and the InvestIQ template remains available.
Questions
What is a portfolio analyzer?
A tool that takes all your positions together and measures what a line-by-line view hides: concentration, diversification, currency and sector exposure, risk and the weak spots.
Is the portfolio audit free?
The Free plan includes one portfolio audit a month; paid plans include more. Importing positions is free. See pricing.
Which brokers are supported?
Degiro, Interactive Brokers, Trading 212, Revolut, XTB and Saxo exports are read directly. Any other broker can be imported through the InvestIQ CSV template.
Does InvestIQ connect to my broker account?
No. You export a file from your broker and import it. InvestIQ never sees your broker password and cannot trade.
Does the audit tell me what to sell?
